1969 Corvette Convertible 427 435 hp
numbers match. Body on restored, just completed....SEE
PHOTO GALLERY 127 PICS....Engine was professionally
rebuilt by 30 year veteran Corvette restorer approximately 200 miles
ago. Rest of drive train was gone thru and reconditioned as
necessary.... Seller believes this corvette to be an Original 39,000
mile car as shown on odometer, it is believed to be accurate. WHY? ..
When chassis was detailed, they took off every part for cleaning and
detailing, and all came off EASILY !! There was NO RUST or
CORROSION.... Look at the condition of the FRAME, and the bolts,
and suspension in Pictures. They are excellent and it still has the
original rear spring, and the ride height is perfect. It appears
that the car was always been garaged and well maintained. The
shields were purposely left off for the pictures, so the original
factory chalk marks can be seen....The tire carrier was also
left off so the rear could also be seen as to it being redone. Equiped
with, Power Steering, Power Brakes, AM/FM Radio, Posi
Rear, 4 Spd. Trans., Tinted Glass, Transister Ignition, Head Rest
Seats, Red Line Radials...All new weather strip was
installed, and interior was replaced as needed.... A complete
frame up resto was done, car looks as good as if a frame off was
done....This car rides, handles and drives as a low mileage car should
with no squeaks, rattles or other problems.... completely detailed
interior, engine compartment, and undercarriage. Fairly
rare LeMans Blue with a 435 horse engine...The engine was
rebuilt at a cost exceeding $10,000.00 including: Forged
Pistons, High Perf., connecting rods, new cam and solid lifters, High
perf. steel crank, timing chain, stainless intake and exhaust valves,
new valve springs, oil pump, all bearings carb's were rebuilt, engine
balanced. 1969 Corvettes are REALLY HOT with the 435 horse, it is
the top of the heap.
