FTR, FSBOA, and WOJ provide these Websites subject to the following terms of use (these "Terms"). These Terms explain a contractual User Agreement between – Consumers – Visitors – FTR, FSBOA, and WOJ Partners/Members – Associate Advertising Members – ("User," "You," "Your,") and FTR, FSBOA, and WOJ ("We," "Us," "Our") regarding your use of these Websites: FirstTradeRegistry.com, ForSaleByOwnerAdvocate.com and WomenOnTheJob.com

This Terms of Service are a binding contract between you and FTR, FSBOA, and WOJ, regarding your use of firsttraderegistry.com, forsalebyowneradvocate.com, and womenonthejob.com. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please exit FTR, FSBOA, and WOJ. You should print a copy of these Terms for Your records. Please note, however, that We may update and amend these Terms from time to time.

THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES THE TERMS OF USE & USER AGREEMENT ON WHICH FTR, FSBOA, AND WOJ, OFFERS YOU ACCESS

We control and operate these Websites. FTR, F SBOA, and WOJ Partners/Members, Associate Advertising Members, or other third party content providers, merchants, sponsors and licensors (collectively the "Providers") have here-by agreed to, or licensed their content or the right to market their products and/or services to Us. Content on these Websites / Web Pages or any Websites contains links Web Pages / Websites to third party sites or sub-links (“Sites”) are owned, operated, licensed, or (“controlled by the Providers”) is solely for Your personal use. You agree to abide by all additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any Content. If You violate any of these Terms, Your permission to use these Websites / Web Pages immediately terminates without the necessity of any notice. We retain the right to deny access to anyone at Our discretion for any reason, including for violation of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate Your service (“Websites / Web Pages”) or access to this Websites / Web Pages if We believe a breach of these Terms has occurred. You are solely responsible for Your Information, and We act as a PASSIVE CONDUIT FOR YOUR ONLINE DISTRIBUTION AND PUBLICATION OF YOUR INFORMATION. As used in these Terms, "Information" means any information or data that You submit to these Websites / Web Pages and any information or data that is generated by these Websites / Web Pages as a result of Your use of these Websites / Web Pages. 

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete Information. If You provide any Information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete (or We have reasonable grounds to suspect that such Information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete), We have the right to suspend or terminate Your access and business activity, and refuse any and all current or future use of these Websites / Web Pages. We reserve the right to bring Legal Action for any and all damages, including seeking reasonable attorney fees.
